Surface| Zusammenfassung: | Nanocrystalline TiO2 films with anatase structure were prepared by sol-gel method from titanium tetraisopropoxide using solvent α-terpineol аnd pore-forming agents with different molecular mass. The film thickness is proportional to viscosity of precursor, depends on molecular mass of pore-forming agent and reaction time. The films structures were characterized by XRD and optical spectroscopy methods. Addition of pore-forming agents with various molecular mass allows us to increase film thickness and control ТіО2 crystal size in films and powders. |
