Description
Summary:Economic development remains a key goal for states, regions and a wide variety of companies overthe past centuries. The dynamic growth of the world economy positively affected the well-being, the level ofeducation of the population in various regions of the world in the second half of the 20th century. Based onthe data from the World Bank, it can be argued that humanity, by a number of economic and statistical ind icators (GDP, GDP per capita, life expectancy, population), is at the peak of its development. However, as shown in this article, a number of development imbalances arose. The inequality of different regions and segments of the population in its various manifestations has reached a significant level. As a result, there is an increase in instability, social tension, migration, as well as the emergence of militaryconflicts. Therefore, the question of the feasibility of further growth at the cost of destroying natural resourcesand achieving the wealth of some at the expense of the poverty of others is an acute question. All these became the reasons for the search for new concepts of human development based on the new principles. The purpose of this article is to study the causes and prerequisites for the genesis of the concept ofinclusive development, as well as its essence. The request for the formation and implementation of the concept of inclusive development exists among different segments of the population. Political leaders, the richest people in the world, and the poorest segments of the population through protests and migration claim theneed for change. In turn, the model of inclusive development, which allows to attract a large part of the population to effective economic activity and contributes to improving welfare and overcoming inequality, meetsthe interests of all subjects of economic activity.
