Синтез каталізаторів росту вуглецевих нанотрубок та тестування їхньої ефективності

Composite oxide catalysts containing iron and nickel for growth of carbon nanotubes have been synthesized by spray and co-precipitation methods. Effect of phase composition and specific surface of catalysts on the structural characteristics of CNTs have been studied.
