Problems of Cryobiology and Cryomedicine| Summary: | Five programs of chorion cell culture (ChCC) cryopreservation which differ by the cooling rate and duration have been studied in the work. The properties such as viability, adhesion, proliferation and directed differentiation were studied using culturing, light and fluorescence microscopy. The program comprising the cooling down to –6°C with the rate of 1°C/min, seeding with following cooling down to –80°C with the rate of 10°C/min provides both high integrity of ChCC population and survival of the fraction of multipotent cells. |
