Surface| Summary: | The regularities of natural bioactive molecule adsorption onto a surface of highly dispersed silica (entherosorbent Silics) depending on solvent polarity and adsorbate structure are studied. The structure of adsorption complexes and mechanism of their formation are established. The mechanisms of cinnamic acid adsorption, chemosorption, and thermal transformations on a silica surface are proposed, and kinetic parameters of chemical reactions are calculated. The effectiveness of Silics application as a carrier of pharmacologically active substances and stabilizer of herbal medicines is shown. |
