Description
Summary:A synthesis technique has been proposed of magnet-controlled carrier for medicine preparations based on ultradisperse magnetite covered with biocompatible polyacrylamide. The adsorption kinetics of platidiam as well as the dynamics of its evaluation from the surface layer into a model medium have been examined for experimetal samples of the magnet-controlled medicine preparation of citostatic and hyperthermic action. Magnet-sensitive nanocomposites have been developed based on magnetite and titania prepared by liquid-phase molecular stratifying. The crystalline anatase phase has been shown to appear due to superposition of the forth monolayer of titania onto the Fe3O4 nanoparticle surface.
