Description
Summary:Techniques of normal human immunoglobulin (Ig) immobilization on the surface of magnetite/hydroxyapatite and magnetite/hydroxyapatite/silver nanocomposites were developed. The isotherms of Ig adsorption on the surface of nanocomposites obtained in two buffer solutions, phosphate and saline, were analyzed. It was found that silver nanoparticles act as additional adsorption sites of immunoglobulin. It was shown that Ig adsorption on the surface of the nanocomposite with silver inclusions is higher than that on the surface of magnetite/hydroxyapatite in both buffer systems studied. A dependence of the kinetics of immunoglobulin desorption to a model environment on the adsorption buffer was studied.
