Food Industry Economics| Резюме: | The article is devoted to the scientific substantiation of the process of formation of the inclusive model of development of business structures of agri-food and hotel-restaurant branches of the economy ofUkraine.The purpose of the study, the results of which are presented in the article, is to develop a mechanism for managing the formation of an inclusive model for the development of business structures in the agrifood, hotel and restaurant sectors of Ukraine.The object of the research: organizational and economic processes of forming an inclusive model ofdevelopment of business structures of Ukraine. The subject of the research: a set of theoretical, methodological and practical principles of forming an inclusive model of development of business structures in the agrifood, hotel and restaurant sectors of the economy of Ukraine. The research methods: general scientific andspecific methods.Inclusive business development means the development of all without exception and restrictions.The theoretical basis of the study are the principles, concepts and rules of management of inclusive development of business entities, which take into account the benefits of using the basic consumer properties ofgoods (economy, quality, creative differentiation) in combination with a certain structure of production activity(economic, qualitative, differential and dissipative structure), employee development and compliance withsocio-environmental and economic standards. The methodological basis of the study is a method based onthe use of the indicator of inclusive development of business structures at the enterprises.The practical result of the study is the development of a management mechanism for the formationof an inclusive model of business development, the successful testing of which was carried out at the enterprises of agri-food, hotel and restaurant industries of Odessa and Ternopil regions of Ukraine. |
