Description
Summary: There was study the behavior of conglomerates of multy wall carbon nanotubes in water solutions depending on electrolytes or/and biomolecules concentration by the methods of atom force microscopy and electro conductivity. Comparative analysis of atom force microscopy testing the samples polymer’s surfaces: polytetrafluoroethylene, polypropylene and nanocomposites “polytetrafluoroethylene – multy wall carbon nanotubes”, “polypropylene - multy wall carbon nanotubes” in vitro with the reaction of living body on their implantation show that: 1) atom force microscopy may be use as the method of primary compatible testing of new materials; multy wall carbon nanotubes in polymer matrix change nanocomposites surface chemistry and influence on their biocompatibility.
