Резюме:The processes of restoring the effectiveness of enterprise management methods in the agri-food, hotel and restaurant spheres of activity have been studied. Management methods that ensure the harmoniousdevelopment of business, society and the state are considered effective. At the enterprise, the number ofsteak holders whose interests are satisfied include consumers, entrepreneurs, employees and civil servants developers of standards. Assessment of the level of satisfaction of their interests is carried out using the indicator of enterprise development, the components of which include indicators of sustainability and develop ment. The first is calculated as the regression coefficient of the dynamics of net income of the enterprise for3-4 cycles of development and estimates the development of the consumer due to the attributes of the product. If the indicator is negative, it indicates ineffective management method (s). The algorithm for calculatingthe second indicator allows you to identify and quickly (within a month) to correct the inefficient method ofmanagement («minimum factor»), which makes it impossible to develop the enterprise.A bank of methods and techniques for restoring the effectiveness of enterprise management methods has been developed. It consists of a bank of well-known methods and techniques of business that haveproven themselves in practice, combined with a market-oriented system of management goals and socioenvironmental and economic standards.It has been substantiated that the goals of management methods of agri-food, hotel and restaurantenterprises should be focused on the basic competitive strategy «cost savings», «high quality», «innovationand creative differentiation», respectively. This makes it possible to ensure the synergetic effect in management and to form a dissipative (stable) structure of enterprise management.In the current economic conditions, it is important to test management methods for compliance withsocio-environmental and economic standards. If the test is negative, the management method is consideredineffective, which makes it impossible to develop the enterprise.The approbation of the developed provisions was carried out at the enterprises of agri-food, hoteland restaurant branches of the economy of Ukraine and gave a positive result.
