Резюме:The use of information technologies and systems for enterprise management increases competitiveness through rapid adaptation to changing market conditions and allows to increase the efficiency of man agement by obtaining a complete, efficient, reliable information.. Thanks to digitalization, the process of setting tasks and assessing the quality of their implementation becomes automated, transparent, centralized,efficient and most importantly - the result is the accumulation of structured information. Today, you can trackhow an employee has developed since he took office. Modern enterprises cannot work effectively without theuse of new technologies in their activities. And this, in turn, requires appropriate knowledge from employeesof the enterprise, for whom the main principle of professional growth and adequate use of their intellectualresources is the principle of lifelong learning. Man is becoming a real subject of a new type of economy, andnow everything depends only on him - on his priorities, goals and values. This new economy is growing onhuman professional qualities, personal potential and indirectly aimed at human self-improvement.The article considers the current state of digitalization of personnel management technologies basedon the experience of individual enterprises. The essence, role and problems that arise in the process of digital transformation have been revealed. During the study, special attention is paid to the current new ways ofpersonnel management with the help of electronic technologies.The main components of personnel management in the context of digitalization have been identified:each organization needs to develop its own HRM strategy; digitalization creates the possibility of rapid development with the help of integrated teams; the transition to electronic platforms and digital transformationis the highest priority in the development of personnel management; it is necessary to create a process ofsharing digital strategies and experiences within the organization for its further development.
