Summary:The modern paradigm of digitalization of society, based on the introduction of digital economy andmanagement, has been considered. The digital economy and digital management are based on innovationsin various sectors of the national economy. Technological shifts in the field of management have a significantimpact on the formation of a new management paradigm, since, for example, artificial intelligence and newtechnologies (virtual assistants, chatbots) will be able to perform more than half of the functions of a manager. In the future, the automation of routine functions will free up managers' time to solve strategic problems,the content of which will also undergo changes. In the near future, the digital economy will cover a significantpart of the world economy. With the advent of digital media (the Internet, mobile phones, and all other meansof collecting, storing, analyzing, and delivering information), it becomes possible to replicate and distributedata in digital form quickly, accurately, and efficiently. The purpose of the article is to describe the maincomponents of the emerging digital management paradigm. The hypothesis of the study is that today there isa conceptual transformation of the paradigm of the classical school of management.The article formulates the conceptual provisions of the new paradigm of management in new conditions. The paradigm of the development of the digital economy is that it creates the conditions for transferring  work and life into the virtual space, in which a person, in the modern sense and image, becomes evolutionarily obsolete and uncompetitive. A comparison of traditional and digital management was made, which madeit possible to conclude that digital management is a continuation and development of cognitive managementboth technologically and conceptually. It has been noted that the use of cognitive technologies at the junctionof bio-, techno-, psycho-scientific achievements will allow to create a full-fledged toolkit for making managerial decisions of digital management. It has been proven that the principles, methods and technologies ofdigital management form a cognitive toolkit that needs to be improved taking into account the features of thedigital process of management development at the current stage.
