Development of a sol-gel method for preparation of multicomponent ferrimagnetic nanostructures

The sol - gel method of synthesizing of matrixes with magnetic properties is described. As co-dopant the ferrum salts were used: FeCl3, MnCl2, ZnCl2, NiCl2 - for volumetric samples; Fe(NO3)3, Co(NO3)2 - for gel - films. For research of doped xerogelrs  and films surface a method of an a...

Description
Summary:The sol - gel method of synthesizing of matrixes with magnetic properties is described. As co-dopant the ferrum salts were used: FeCl3, MnCl2, ZnCl2, NiCl2 - for volumetric samples; Fe(NO3)3, Co(NO3)2 - for gel - films. For research of doped xerogelrs  and films surface a method of an atomic-forceе microscopy (AFM) was selected. The temperature effect on a specific magnetization of synthesized volumetric samples was studied. The change of a specific magnetization of sol - gel systems co-doped with FeCl3, MnCl2(NiCl2), ZnCl2 at their heating and subsequent cooling was investigated
