Zusammenfassung:In the conditions of uncertainty, crisis phenomena, rapid technological changes, in order for the enterprise to win in the competition, it is necessary to develop and apply innovative tools for the development ofhuman potential, taking into account the categories of employees hired by the enterprise in accordance withthe functions they perform, necessarily taking into account fluctuations in the level of motivation and implement professional training programs that meet the needs of the staff. In modern economic conditions, thepersonnel of the enterprise, regardless of a certain category (managers, specialists, employees, workers),must be highly qualified, perform their work well, think strategically, be stress-resistant, able to adapt tochanges in the external and internal environment, which in turn leads to survival in difficult times and successful development. Today, professional training and development of personnel is one of the important elements in the global system of management of professional training of employees, as the knowledge of personnel requires constant improvement. But, it is important to note, if we are talking about conditions of uncertainty, the categories of employees whose decisions depend on the future of the enterprise are significantlyaffected by these conditions - managers who make efforts to organize the production process and managethe activities of the enterprise and its structural divisions, and specialists whose main functions include specific engineering and technical, economic and other loads.Therefore, personnel training is a process of its development in order to obtain new knowledge,maintain the appropriate level of professional skills and increase its competitiveness, which in conditions ofuncertainty will contribute to the competitiveness of the enterprise. It was determined that the main goal ofpersonnel training is to achieve highly efficient work thanks to increasing the level of knowledge and skills ofemployees. Important components for creating conditions for the development of personnel of such two categories as managers and specialists, for the functioning of the enterprise in conditions of uncertainty, theconsequences of the Covid-19 pandemic and martial law, have been highlighted.
