Резюме:The article analyzes the international experience of state management of regional poultry markets.The negative impact of COVID-19 on poultry production observed in some developing country has beensummarized. It has been established that the global poultry industry is growing rapidly every year due to thetechnical industry, the use of technology, the improvement of animal welfare and the optimization of poultryfarm infrastructure. Systematized problems faced by the poultry market in developing countries, reasons andproposals for overcoming them: disruption of the poultry supply chain; price fluctuations for poultry meat andeggs; COVID-19 infects employees of chicken enterprises; disruption of the meat supply chain; low capital offarmers, gap in education and knowledge, lack of biosecurity and managerial training of workers, as well aspropaganda; impact on chicken and egg production, low protein intake and job loss; impact on livestock production, reduced protein intake and high market price. Market measures and marketing standards for improving state management of regional poultry markets used by EU countries have been defined. It was determined that the market measures are aimed at stabilizing the markets of agricultural products, preventingthe escalation of market crises, increasing demand and helping EU agricultural sectors better adapt to market changes. Areas of adaptation of positive international experience regarding state management of regional poultry markets have been identified: biosecurity, hygiene, immunity; regional poultry markets shouldglobally integrate the health and biosecurity system; improvement of protection, prevention and control programs in poultry farms; ensuring the quality of products and introducing new programs to prevent the transmission of zoonotic diseases; improving the innate immunity of animals as the first line of disease prevention  and control; improvement of the program of protection, prevention and control of diseases in poultry farms;unification and regulation of the global movement of animals and poultry and trade in domestic and wild animals; ensure product quality and introduce new programs to prevent the transmission of zoonotic diseases.
