Summary:Photoelectrochemical processes on GaAs-electrodes and electrodes on a basis nanodimensional particles CdSe after them nanostructuring in the solutions containing ions Zn2+ and S2- are studied. It is shown, that nanostructuring electrodes result leads to increase in their photosensitivity that is related to reduction of velocity of the surface recombination and the photocathode reaction with participation of the surface electronic states. The explored materials are perspective for application as photoanodes of photoelectrochemical system with hydrogen accumulation.
