М. Мироненко, Б. В. Севастьянов, В. В. The article highlights the peculiarities of strategic management in modern conditions and its influence on the development of the potential of enterprises. The practical implementation of strategies, first of all, depends on the results of a previously conducted strategic analysis, which will make it possible to assess the company's own potential. The company's potential is formed from its available resources and their capabilities, which include: human, marketing, innovation, financial, investment, technological and organizational potentials. Today's challenges require the application of the latest trends and non-standard approaches to the development of enterprise development strategies not only for the purpose of direct financial enrichment, but also to create conditions for the development of one's own potential, in particular, human potential. Human potential is one of the key factors in the enterprise, because personnel, professional, qualification, and personal resources provide the possibility of implementing and realization of an enterprise development strategies. The development of the company's potential is an integral component of strategic management aimed at the effective use of the available resources of the internal environment with a focus on the possibilities of their potential growth. Taking into account the limited resources that form the activity of any enterprise, the application of approaches to potential development is a necessary modern tool of strategic management. Modern enterprise development strategies - concentrated development, diversified development and integrated development allow to use to a greater extent only some of the types of potentials for their realization. During the implementation of the strategy, the development of potential is also influenced, while the potential of the enterprise plays an important role in the development of strategies. Such a relationship explains the presence of a systemic mechanism of influence of strategies on potential, and potential on strategies. В статті висвітлено особливості стратегічного управління в сучасних умовах військового стану та його вплив на розвиток потенціалу підприємств. Виклики сьогодення вимагають застосування новітніх тенденцій та нестандартних підходів до розробки стратегій розвитку підприємств не лише з метою прямого фінансового збагачення, але й створення умов для розвитку власного потенціалу, зокрема людського. Розвиток потенціалу підприємства є невід’ємною складовою стратегічного управління, що спрямоване на ефективне застосування наявних ресурсів внутрішнього середовища з фокусом на можливості їх потенційного зростання. Враховуючи обмеженість ресурсів, що формують діяльність будь-якого підприємства, розвиток власного потенціалу є необхідним сучасним інструментарієм стратегічного управління. Під час реалізації стратегії здійснюється вплив на розвиток потенціалу, при цьому потенціал підприємства відіграє важливу роль при розробці стратегій.
