Food Industry Economics| Summary: | The article examines the state and trends in the functioning of infrastructural and logistical support for the export of agro-food products under the conditions of martial law in Ukraine. The scale of damage and destruction caused since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the territory of Ukraine has been analyzed. An assessment of losses caused by the interruption of logistics chains in the field of food supply as a result of military aggression has been carried out. The impact of the unsatisfactory state of infrastructural and logistical support for the export of agro-food products on national and global food security has been monitored. The possibilities of creating alternative ways of exporting products of agro-food importance due to the use of road and railway transport have been studied. The presence of significant problems and limitations for the full recovery of exports, provided they are used, has been established. A critical increase in the share of the logistics component in the cost of agro-food products was revealed due to the increase in transport costs, due to the increase in the delivery distance and the disruption of traditional routes; shortage of transport; restrictions or significant limits on fuel; the danger of transportation through the territory of Ukraine due to military operations; destroyed or damaged logistics infrastructure. Prospective areas of investment in the restoration of transport and logistics infrastructure in the near future have been highlighted. The main directions and opportunities for the restoration of the logistics infrastructure have been outlined, taking into account the risks and threats caused by the continuation of military operations in Ukraine, in particular, the development and implementation of special programs and projects for the development of infrastructure, the creation of innovative technologies that ensure the optimal level of storage and transportation of products, the expansion of the transport network -logistics centers to ensure efficiency and optimization of transport costs, deepen cooperation with international partners in the field of logistics and transportation
