The article presents the research materials for the infrastructure of strategic agro-food markets. It has been established that an important factor in achieving a high level of socio-economic development of the state is the provision of an adequate mechanism for the functioning of the food market. The main component of this achievement is the industrial and productive sustainability of agro-food production. Regardless of its volume, its share in the gross domestic product, it is the core around which, or with direct participation, the vast majority of the country's socio-economic problems are solved. The agro-food markets have been identified. They should be classified as strategic, which in the period of crises, war and post-war times require the use of special regulatory mechanisms to support their activities. The infrastructural objects ensuring the activity of the specified markets have been installed, and their current state, which was significantly affected by the war period, has been investigated. The relevance and expediency of the analysis of agro-food markets, their dependence on infrastructure facilities is due to the fact that only in such a combination it is possible to ensure their effective and safe functioning. It has been shown that the objects of the economic impact form a sharp aspect of the planned organization and goals that represent the late stages of the country's economy. Market principles of efficiency require compliance with the stability of the relationship between the objects of social markets and their influencers, since even a partial lack of visibility and the dissolution of the relationship between them has a negative impact on their activity. And accordingly, it destroys the processes of commodity movement, and as a result, the condition of providing the population with food, that is, the basic conditions of human existence, deteriorates. That is why the purpose of the article is to find ways to improve institutional support for building the infrastructure of the strategic agro-food markets in the post-war period. In connection with the limited regulatory resources of the state, due to difficult and critical times, approaches of purposeful support of the limited but necessary list of objects of critical infrastructure of the strategic agro-food markets are being considered. Such a proposal is consolidated with the Law of Ukraine, which establishes the concept of critical infrastructure, as well as their functioning in the war and post-war periods. Accordingly, proposals have been developed to reduce regulatory costs for the restoration and development of the specifically identified objects of the critical infrastructure of the specified markets.
