The article examines the influence of institutional transformations on the formation of the financial potential of agricultural enterprises of Ukraine in the conditions of the war and the post-war period. The main goal of the work is to analyze the trends, challenges and opportunities that arise in connection with these transformations. The authors consider the impact of institutional changes on agricultural enterprises and their adaptation to the new conditions.The data has been analyzed to determine the impact of the conflict on the financial stability and potential of enterprises. The article provides an assessment of the effective measures that were taken to improve the situation. The identification of the main challenges faced by agricultural enterprises in the conditions of the conflict, as well as the opportunities for increasing their financial potential in the future, has been carried out. The article emphasizes the importance of institutional transformations for strengthening the financial potential of agricultural enterprises in the conditions of modern challenges and unforeseen circumstances. The authors have proposed some flexible solutions to the current economic situation, which can be adapted and modified in accordance with the specific conditions and needs of the agricultural sector in the conditions of the military conflict and the post-war situation. The article notes that quick response and flexibility in decision-making are important to ensure stability and recovery of the agricultural sector and provides a number of practical recommendations for a comprehensive and systematic approach to its management. The article provides a comprehensive analysis of institutional transformations and their impact on the agricultural sector, offers recommendations for improving the financial condition of enterprises in Ukraine and adapting to the new economic conditions caused by the conflict and the post-war period.
