Food Industry Economics| Summary: | The purpose of the article is to analyze the essence of digital technologies and their role in the field of entrepreneurship, as well as the problems and strategies of introducing digital technologies into the enterprise. Since the speeding up of all business processes, thanks to the possibilities of digitalization is inherent in modern business, the implementation of technical and technological changes in all spheres of the enterprise's life becomes urgent. The task of the article is to clarify the concept of digital transformation and digital technologies and the benefits that the enterprise receives from their application; establish the components that affect the process of introducing digital technologies into business activities; clarify the problems that the company may potentially face during their implementation, as well as the advantages for the organization of business processes, which gives the transition to a digital environment. The opinions of specialists have been analyzed regarding the use of information technologies and the improvement of the efficiency of business processes thanks to them. It must be emphasized that for the successful implementation of changes, management must develop an action plan - an implementation strategy that will allow all stages to support the steps toward digitization. The problem of quality administration is urgent because it is necessary to pay attention not only to the technical/technological component but also to work with personnel who do not always understand the need for changes and may cause resistance. The approaches to the introduction of digital technologies at the enterprise have been defined, in particular: defining a clear digitalization strategy, stimulating the culture of digital innovation, introducing and actively applying key performance indicators, clearly indicating that the optimization of business processes at the enterprise with the help of automation is an integral component of digital transformation, implementation concepts of artificial intelligence and the creation of a data analysis department. It has been specifically stated that changes in the business processes of enterprises require legislative support from the state because part of the processes must necessarily be regulated by normative acts. |
