Резюме:The purpose of the conducted research is to identify anti-crisis management strategies in tourist enterprises, the main factors of their formation and implementation. The study is aimed at identifying the main prerequisites for the successful implementation of anti-crisis management in tourist enterprises, identifying the advantages of its implementation and the main directions of its implementation. The study was conducted on the basis of statistical data of the countries of the European Union during 2019-2023 [1]. In the process of the work, a comprehensive approach was used, which includes processing the results of scientific research, analysis of statistical data, comparative analysis of the results of tourism activities of the EU countries. According to the results of the conducted research the development trend of tourism enterprises during 2020-2023 in the EU countries was analyzed and it was established that after the COVID-19 pandemic, the share of tourism decreased significantly. Only some countries managed to return to the level of development in 2019; only 16.7% of EU countries have a stable trend in the rate of arrival of residents/non-residents to tourist accommodation facilities. It has been determined that the anti-crisis management of tourist enterprises must have a strategic approach and include the stages of preparation, response and recovery after crisis phenomena, which requires the creation of appropriate groups in order to anticipate and timely resolve negative phenomena. In the structure of anti-crisis management groups of tourist enterprises, it is important to have highly qualified specialists, which would ensure a high level of their work based on the use of the latest technologies and other means of crisis management. It has been determined that the choice of a certain strategy in solving crisis phenomena in tourist enterprises should be accompanied by continuous analysis to identify potential causes of crises and ways of countering them in the prospective period. It is relevant to carry out constant monitoring of the assessment of the abilities of each member of the tourist enterprise as the main factor in both crisis prevention and their activation. Current strategic directions for the development of modern tourism are functioning on the basis of circularity, which forms the basis for the development of local suppliers, promotion of waste reduction, which provokes investment in the development and implementation of cyclical business models.
