Description
Summary:A series of composite materials on a basis of poly(vinylchloride) and nanocrystalline nickel sensitive to vapors of solvents (acetone, toluene, ethanol) and ammonia was developed. Influence of magnetic field on sensor properties of the obtained materials was studied. It was found that sensitivity of the composite materials to influence of the vapors increases upon application of magnetic field. It is shown that use of magnetic field improves sensor properties of the composite materials and permits creation of a magnetic material for a sensitive element of a sensor and a sensor prototype on their basis.
