The article analyzes the current state and prospects, as well as the organizational and economic mechanisms of the restructuring and development of import-substitution industries on the markets of grapes and fruit and berry products in the post-war period. Analyzing foreign trade before the start of the war (since 2000), it was found that the import of fruits and berries to Ukraine has increased 6.6 times, while the export increased only 4 times. The dynamics and structure of imports by such groups as apples, pears and quinces, which demonstrate stability in trade operations, have been separately studied. However, the share of crops such as apricots, cherries, peaches, plums and grapes in exports remains minimal, while their imports are 44-45%, indicating a high dependence on imports in these segments. It has been determined that in the conditions of the war and the crisis phenomena that it caused, the primary task is to ensure the domestic market, and according to the scientists, recently the level of self-sufficiency in fruits and berries has significantly deteriorated. Therefore, a study of the prospects and organizational and economic mechanisms of the development of the market for grapes and fruit and berry products of Ukraine in the post-war period has been conducted. It has been established that by the end of 2023, Ukraine still remains one of the main exporters of agricultural products in the world. This is evidenced by the official data of the State Customs Service of Ukraine, according to which Ukrainian agricultural products were exported in the amount of 22.1 billion dollars. USA. This is the fifth record figure for the period of independence (although it is below the level of the pre-war year). It has been found that in order to preserve competitive positions and for the production of fruit and berry products, the import of which is impossible or complicated due to the war, it is necessary to develop organizational and economic mechanisms of import substitution. The main directions of the formation of organizational and economic mechanisms for the development of the Ukrainian market for grapes and fruit and berry crops have been outlined, which requires: active support from the state; implementation of innovations; financial assistance for farmers and development of market infrastructure.
