Summary:The article considers the importance of a comprehensive approach, which takes into account the problems of finding experienced personnel by the company's management in modern conditions, individual needs of employees, modern trends and innovations in human resources management, which will contribute to increasing the efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises. Among all the resources, human resources are the most important for increasing the efficiency of companies. Today, the attitude towards the role and importance of human resources has changed significantly. With the strengthening of issues of the use of modern information technologies and global thinking and systemic risks, special emphasis is placed on relations with personnel. Key aspects such as motivation, stimulation and stabilization of personnel through improvement of the psychological atmosphere and optimization of material incentives have been emphasized. The role of human resources management tools, such as motivation, stimulation, outsourcing and formation of corporate culture, in achieving organizational efficiency and their interaction with other elements of the management system has been emphasized. The article examines the role of outsourcing as a strategic tool for increasing the competitiveness of companies, in particular in the agro-industrial sector. It has been substantiated that quality outsourcing is capable of optimizing production activities, information and communication needs, as well as forming an own resource in combination with the transfer of a share of business processes. The main task of managers is to determine directions and search for innovative personnel management methods that will create conditions for the further development of enterprises, the growth of the profit share due to the increase in the efficiency of the use of personnel potential. In fact, they constitute the main core of the intellectual capital of production. The purpose of the article is to analyze the role and place of information technologies in the field of human resources management (including strategy). The subject of research is outsourcing in the field of personnel management. As a result of the study, both general and case-specific factors of human resource management, which are currently relevant, have been determined.
