The article presents research materials on the process of introducing digital logistics innovations in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The Armed Forces of Ukraine introduced the DELTA ecosystem - an innovative product for conducting combat operations developed by the Ministry of Defense, which has shown high effectiveness on the battlefield and has already been transferred for use in all units of the security and defense sector of Ukraine. At the same time, studies have shown that in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, all accounting, including logistics with a wide range of items, is kept in paper journals. The key problem in the way of automation of accounting work in the army is the excessive secrecy of information. It has been proven that in parallel with the introduction of the DELTA system in all units of the security and defense sector of Ukraine, the Ministry of Defense decided to transfer logistics accounting to digital technologies. According to the Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine dated 16.07. 2024 No. 3851-ХХ, a commission was created to control the receipt and use of international material and technical assistance during martial law. Software products for online monitoring of all requests of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine are designed to ensure the effectiveness of control. The software is also capable of recording all donors involved in international logistical support. Among the software tools for the implementation of tasks, the SOTA information and analytical system has been  introduced, which consolidates daily information on the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine's receipt of weapons and military equipment and plans for future receipts; an integrated software package for coordinating logistical support between NATO member countries LOGFAS; the "Korovay" system, created to manage applications for assistance from partner countries. The "Korovay" system was created to manage the process of submitting applications for assistance from Ukraine and the process of processing these applications by partner countries. SAP is a system for logistics automation planning processes, accounting for spare parts, planning repairs, maintenance of military equipment and material support.
