The article comprehensively examines the theoretical foundations of innovation and investment development of enterprises under the conditions of global turbulence and uncertainty, focusing on their crucial role in modern business environments. Modern scientific approaches to defining the essence of "innovative development" and "investment development" concepts have been thoroughly analyzed, while their deep interconnection and interdependence have been established through systematic research methodologies. The features of modern global challenges' impact on investment activity and innovative operations of enterprises have been considered in detail, taking into account both short-term and long-term perspectives of business development. External and internal environmental factors that create turbulence and uncertainty in enterprise activities have been systematically categorized and analyzed, with particular attention to their dynamic nature and complex interactions. The nature of the relationship between innovation processes and investment support in an unstable economic environment has been meticulously analyzed, revealing key patterns and dependencies. The research identifies and examines critical factors affecting the efficiency of innovation and investment development of enterprises during global turbulence, providing insights into their relative importance and potential mitigation strategies. The mechanisms of enterprises' adaptation to uncertainty conditions through the prism of their innovation and investment activities have been investigated comprehensively, offering practical insights for business practitioners. Theoretical approaches to forming a strategy for innovation and investment development of enterprises have been proposed, taking into account various uncertainties and risk factors, while emphasizing the importance of strategic flexibility. The necessity of creating a flexible management system for innovation and investment development of enterprises has been substantiated, highlighting its crucial role in enabling organizations to quickly respond to changes in the external environment and maintain competitive advantages in turbulent market conditions. The study contributes to both theoretical understanding and practical implementation of innovation and investment strategies in modern business contexts, providing valuable insights for researchers and practitioners alike.
