Gelatin adsorption on high disperse silica containing vitamins
Gelatin adsorption from aqueous solutions on silica containing thiamine, pyridoxine or ascorbic acid has been studied. Immobilization of biomolecules on silica surface was found to decrease the adsorption of gelatin. Various adsorption activity of the biocomposites with respect to gelatin is assumed...
