Description
Summary:The article is devoted to the study of the investment attractiveness of food enterprises of Ukraine in the post-war period. Taking into account the significant socio-economic challenges caused by military aggression, the potential of the food industry and its role in economic recovery and ensuring food security have been analyzed. Particular attention has been paid to determining the factors that stimulate or support investment activity, in particular, the modernization of production facilities, the introduction of the latest technologies and the diversification of the product range to increase export potential. The work focuses on the importance of attracting foreign direct investment as a key tool for overcoming economic challenges, ensuring access to capital, innovative technologies and international markets. The main risks associated with investing in the industry have been identified, including political instability, logistical problems, shortage of raw materials and infrastructure constraints. The scientific novelty consists in the development of a comprehensive approach to assessing the investment attractiveness of the food industry. The ways  to minimize risks through the implementation of sustainable environmental and social practices, adaptation of international experience to Ukrainian realities have been proposed. The results of the study demonstrate that the food industry remains one of the least affected sectors of the economy and retains significant export potential. It has been proposed to improve the business environment, including the harmonization of legislation with global standards, the development of infrastructure and the introduction of incentives for investors. It has been concluded that the integration of global trends in the industry, optimization of supply chains, as well as the use of innovative solutions create additional opportunities for attracting foreign capital and contribute to the recovery of the Ukrainian economy. The obtained results can be useful for government institutions, businesses, international investors and researchers working on investment strategies for the economic recovery of Ukraine.
