The article examines the substantive features of four methodological approaches to determining the essence of economic diagnostics: process, systemic, financial-analytical, and integrated. The author's approach to interpreting the category of «diagnostics of agro-industrial market systems» has been proposed based on the synthesis of various approaches with an emphasis on the key tasks of market development in the war and post-war period. The main characteristics and differences of the analysis and diagnostics of economic systems have been established. It has been emphasized that it goes beyond simple analysis and can solve complex problems of the functioning of market systems in conditions of uncertainty, providing a deeper interpretation of processes. It has been emphasized that the combination of analysis and diagnostics systems in the research process creates a synergistic approach.
The main types of diagnostics of economic systems have been considered, their typology has been supplemented with the feature «types of target impacts», according to which three components have been distinguished: diagnostics of systemic changes, impact assessment, diagnostics of reconstruction processes. Based on the analysis of foreign practices, the significance of diagnostics of target impacts and the expediency of its application in strategic management have been substantiated. The relationship between different types of diagnostics of agro-industrial market systems has been established: diagnostics of the internal and external environment, and reconstruction processes. The modern classification of uncertainty conditions has been provided, the features of diagnostic processes under different types of uncertainty and the influence of a set of factors have been established. A decomposition of the stages of diagnostics of market systems under conditions of uncertainty on the basis of an adaptive-preventive approach has been proposed.
The scientific novelty of the study lies in the development of methodological foundations for diagnosing agro-industrial market systems in conditions of uncertainty, which include: the author's approach to interpreting the concept of «diagnostics of agro-industrial market systems» with an emphasis on the key tasks of economic revival in the post-war period; expansion of the traditional typology of market system diagnostics due to the feature «types of target influences» and its new type - diagnostics of reconstruction processes; the author's decomposition of the stages of diagnosing market systems taking into account the uncertainty of the environment. The results of the study form a scientific and methodological basis for developing preventive mechanisms for countering threats and can be implemented in the management practice of the state and specialized market institutions. |

У статті досліджено змістовні ознаки чотирьох методологічних підходів до визначення сутності економічної діагностики: процесного, системного, фінансово-аналітичного та інтегрованого. Запропоновано авторський підхід до інтерпретації категорії «діагностика систем агропромислових ринків» на основі синтезу різних підходів з акцентом на ключові завдання ринкової розбудови у воєнно-повоєнний період. Визначено основні риси й відмінності економічного аналізу й діагностики. Розглянуто головні різновиди діагностики економічних систем, доповнено їх типологію ознакою «види цільових впливів», відповідно до якої виокремлено три складові: діагностика системних змін, оцінка впливу, діагностика розбудовчих процесів. Встановлено взаємозв’язок різних типів діагностики систем агропромислових ринків. Надано сучасну класифікацію умов невизначеності, встановлено особливості діагностичних процесів за різних типів невизначеності та впливу множини чинників. Запропоновано декомпозицію етапів діагностики систем ринків в умовах невизначеності на засадах адаптивно-превентивного підходу. Результати дослідження формують науково-методичний базис для розробки превентивних механізмів протистояння загрозам та можуть бути імплементовані в управлінську практику державних і профільних інституцій ринків.
