Description
Summary:The method of obtaining magnetosensitive nanocomposites on the base of magnetite with modified surface and immobilized cisplatine, conjugated by monoclonal antibody CD 95 (the model of medicobiological nanorobots) was developed. The processes of adsorption and covalent immobilization of monoclonal antibody CD 95 on nanocomposites with various nature of surfaces: magnetite/poliacrylamide and magnetite/γ-aminopropyltrietoxysilane were studied. We have investigated the processes of interaction of obtained models on the cell line MCF-7. It was shown, that usage of magnetocontroled nanocomposites (nanorobots), in the structure of witch antitumoral drug and monoclonal antibody CD 95 is contained, leads to synergetic effect and allows achieving therapeutic action, which is higher than one of the control dose of cisplatine approximately up to 50 %.
