On the basis of the theoretical analysis, research of the statistical data and practical publications in the statistics, an investigation was carried out into the most important scientific and practical problems in ensuring the choice of modern tools, functioning, use of innovations to improve business processes and modernize the subjects of agro-industrial production and agro-business in the current conditions of Ukraine.
It has been proven that the main advantage in the use and promotion of the reengineering project among the subjects of agro-industrial production and logistics is the possibility of its self-improvement and development because reengineering is an innovative process that supports business modernization and helps radically improve the efficiency of the management system and decision making. And the significance and implementation of the business process reengineering strategy is a key factor for ensuring the optimality and efficiency of the entire cycle of agro-industrial production, modernization and innovation business, ensuring of its logistics cycle, which is gaining additional relevance in the conditions of military operations in Ukraine. It has been confirmed that business process reengineering is a laborious and complex process, which, if successfully carried out, can give a low advantage over competitors, improve your position in the market and promote economic effectiveness of the subject of agro-industrial production of the full cycle of activity. The main characteristics of the economic category “reengineering” have been analyzed, including the differences from “improving” of the subjects’ activities, the main types of reengineering of transport enterprises, the result of the business process reengineering, as an innovative tool for increasing the efficiency of the subject activity, where it is implemented.
The directions and results of the effective implementation of reengineering with the subject of agro-industrial production of the full cycle - LLC "SP NIBULON" – have been analyzed and reported. |

На основі теоретичного узагальнення, дослідження статистичних даних та практичних публікацій в статті проведено дослідження щодо вирішення важливої наукової і практичної проблеми забезпечення вибору сучасного інструментарію забезпечення функціонування, застосування інновацій для удосконалення бізнес-процесів і модернізації суб’єктів агропромислового виробництва та агробізнесу в сучасних умовах в Україні. В статті обґрунтовано, що реінжиніринг бізнес-процесів – це трудомісткий і складний процес, який у разі його успішного проведення може надати низку переваг над конкурентами, зміцнити свої позиції на ринку та підвищити економічну ефективність суб’єкта агропромислового виробництва повного циклу діяльності. Проаналізовано основні характеристики економічної категорії «реінжиніринг», її відмінності від «удосконалення» діяльності суб’єктів, основні види реінжинірингу підприємств, результат проведення реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів, як інноваційного інструменту покращення ефективності діяльності суб’єкту, де він впроваджується.
