Обліково-аналітичне забезпечення аграрної економічної статистики в Україні: стан, перспективи та євроінтеграційний контекст

The publication is dedicated to highlighting the state and prospects for the development of accounting and analytical support for agricultural economic statistics in Ukraine. It has been determined that agrarian economic statistics describes the processes taking place in the agrarian sector of the economy, develops a system of statistical indicators and methods for their study. Its main tasks are: assessment of the resource potential, monitoring and evaluation of the production efficiency, the market analysis, and support of agricultural policy. It has been established that statistical data is distributed in several thematic categories (economic accounts, physical volumes, prices and indices, technical means). We believe that the main tasks of accounting and analytical support are: provision of reliable statistical information; transformation of accounting data into statistical indicators in accordance with national and international standards; analytical data processing; formation of information arrays for statistical observation and decision-making. It has been proposed to systematise the components of the accounting and analytical support of agrarian economic statistics in terms of four components, including: accounting and analytical components, information base, regulatory and methodological support. The key areas for improving the accounting and analytical support of agrarian economic statistics are the integration of digital accounting and statistics platforms; automation of statistical reporting; introduction of electronic document management and blockchain technologies; and harmonisation of methods with international standards. One of the most promising areas is the introduction of the Farm Accountancy Data Network (FADN), which has been launched in Poltava region at three levels (institutional, managerial, and operational). For Ukraine, the use of this approach contributes to transparent monitoring, more effective support and European integration. The results of this study can serve as a basis for the formation of a modern system of accounting and analytical support for economic statistics of the agricultural sector in the context of European integration.
