Summary:Taking into account the development of technologies of production and use of nanomaterials, capable to induce a non-prognosis influence on biological objects, due to their specific physical, chemical, and mechanical properties conceptual approaches have been proposed to compose the methodology of identification, toxicological researches, and evaluation of risks for human organism and environment at production and application of nanosized substances, carbon nanotubes being taken as an example when developing the conception, the  “Chernobyl experience” was used concerning action of small doses of low intensity from technogenic pollutants of environment on human organism.
