Description
Summary:The article provides a comprehensive study of the managerial, technological and organizational aspects of the development of the logistics support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine under martial law. The relevance of the topic is due to the growing need for rapid and uninterrupted supply of the resources against the backdrop of large-scale hostilities, constant changes in the front line and decentralization of warehouses and bases. Based on modern scientific approaches and generalization of the experience of domestic and international researchers, the authors prove that effective military logistics is becoming a key factor in ensuring the state's defense capability and economic security. Particular attention has been paid to the analysis of digital logistics innovations, including the implementation of ERP and TMS systems, the use of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies, big data analytics and elements of artificial intelligence for forecasting demand and optimizing supply routes. It has been shown how these tools make it possible to increase the efficiency and accuracy of the delivery of material and technical resources to front-line areas, reduce storage and transportation costs, and minimize the risks of cargo losses due to hostilities or technical failures. The article considers management solutions for optimizing stocks, integrating military and civilian logistics systems, and creating backup routes and warehouses. Examples of the implementation of HR technologies in the personnel management system of logistics units have been given, which allows to carry out quick rotations and training of personnel in the real time. A comparative analysis of the practices of NATO countries has also been conducted and the prospects for their integration into the domestic system have been outlined, which will contribute to the standardization of logistics processes and strengthening international cooperation. The generalized results of the study demonstrate that the systemic reform of the logistics of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is not only the modernization of technical means and processes, but also comprehensive risk management, personnel training, the development of international partnerships, and the widespread use of innovations. The conclusions drawn are of practical importance for developing logistics planning strategies in wartime, forming an economically efficient and technologically flexible supply system capable of providing the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the necessary resources in the shortest possible time.
