Резюме:The article explores theoretical and applied aspects of the formation of an antifragile logistics system of enterprises in conditions of growing risks and uncertainty of the external environment. It has been emphasized that traditional approaches to logistics management, focused on achieving sustainability, no longer meet the challenges of the modern turbulent economy. The research hypothesis has been formulated, namely, the assumption is made that if the principles of antifragility are integrated in the process of strategic and tactical planning of logistics operations of enterprises, this will minimize the impact of risks and uncertainty, transform external challenges into factors that increase the sustainability, competitiveness and long-term viability of enterprises. The scientific significance of the problem lies in the insufficient theoretical development of mechanisms for integrating risk management, adaptive management and logistics planning into a single antifragile system. The features of the integration of digital technologies, scenario modeling and multi-channel routes into the logistics of agro-industrial enterprises have been revealed. A comparative analysis of logistics costs in the pre-war and war periods has been carried out, the main changes in the structure and transportation routes have been identified. A scenario forecast of costs for grain exports from Ukraine has been presented depending on the geopolitical situation. Particular attention has been paid to the practical experience of Ukrainian companies that implement the principles of anti-fragile logistics management through decentralization, digital adaptability, strategic redundancy and partnership. It has been concluded that the formation of anti-fragile logistics is a key prerequisite for ensuring the competitiveness of enterprises in the long term. Prospects for further research have been outlined.
