Food Industry Economics| Zusammenfassung: | The article explores the potential for enterprise development during wartime through the prism of their resilience, adaptability, and ability to rapidly transform. It has been stated that the key source of economic viability in crisis conditions is the ability of an enterprise to recognize and implement “windows of opportunity,” transforming resource shocks, logistical constraints, and market deformations into impulses for renewing the business model. It has been proven that resilience is formed on the basis of the synergy of financial flexibility, innovative potential, digitalization of management processes, and strategic leadership. The role of the innovative and regenerative model of entrepreneurship, which combines adaptability, environmental friendliness, and technological flexibility, has been revealed, ensuring the ability of enterprises not only to overcome crisis situations, but also to form long-term competitive advantages. Particular attention has been paid to the circular economy as an institutional support for resilience, which strengthens the connection between innovative activity and the achievement of sustainable development goals. It has been shown that circular readiness is a catalyst for the introduction of green technologies, resource substitution and rapid structural restructuring of business, which is critically important in wartime conditions. A methodological approach has been proposed in the form of an adaptive development model for assessing the sustainability of enterprises, which integrates indicators of resource, organizational, personnel and innovative and technological potential on the basis of the transformational sustainability of the enterprise in war conditions. It has been established that enterprises that implement digital solutions, regenerative management practices, market diversification and social responsibility demonstrate a higher level of adaptability and recovery ability, therefore, the potential of an enterprise in wartime focuses on the ability to timely recognize and implement “windows of opportunity”, turning challenges into impulses for rapid transformation, strategic renewal and long-term strengthening of sustainability. The results of the study form the basis for building an architecture of innovative sustainability of enterprises in the post-war period and developing effective strategies for anti-crisis management and integration into the restored economy of Ukraine. |
