Food Industry Economics| Zusammenfassung: | The article examines the relationship between strategic management and corporate culture as key factors in shaping the competitiveness of enterprises in the context of dynamic changes in the business environment and military challenges in Ukraine. It has been substantiated that modern enterprises operate in a situation of increased uncertainty, which necessitates the transition from long-term plans to flexible, adaptive strategies focused on operational response and effective risk management. The authors define strategic management as one of the key components of the effective functioning of modern business in conditions of a deep economic crisis, which allows for effective planning and achieving long-term goals, while ensuring flexibility in decision-making processes and adaptation to market conditions and external challenges. The article analyzes scientific approaches to determining the content of strategic management and corporate culture, reveals their role in the formation of internal integrity, the development of human capital, increasing innovation and the ability of an enterprise to predict and neutralize external threats. The interpretation of strategic management as a comprehensive and continuous process aimed at forming long-term guidelines for the development of an organization, ensuring its sustainability and increasing competitiveness in a dynamic external environment has been justified. The stages of strategic management have been considered and it has been emphasized that the effectiveness of strategy implementation largely depends on the compliance of corporate values with its guidelines. The sequence of strategic management stages forms a holistic system that allows the enterprise to reasonably determine long-term goals, build a development strategy and ensure its effective implementation. Corporate culture, in turn, is an internal environment that provides the possibility of successful implementation of strategic decisions. It determines the behavioral models of employees, the level of their involvement and innovation, management style, the nature of communications and the motivational orientation of the team. The consistency of corporate values with strategic guidelines provides the necessary level of integrity and stability of the organizational system, contributes to the formation of internal trust, team interaction and high responsibility of personnel for the results of the enterprise's activities. The authors provide a series of well-reasoned arguments that corporate culture acts as an internal mechanism for supporting strategic decisions, determining the behavioral patterns of personnel, their level of motivation, and readiness for change. It has been concluded that the synergy of strategic management and corporate culture is a necessary condition for ensuring long-term development, strengthening competitive positions, and increasing the resilience of enterprises in modern crisis conditions. |
