Zusammenfassung:Catalytic activity and surface properties of the Cu-Co-Fe oxide catalysts of the CO oxidation formed on the nanofibers of silicon carbide has been studied. It is shown, that acidic treatment of silicon carbide nanofibers assists in the formation of Cu2(OH)3NO3 crystalline phase on the carriers surface, which is catalytically active in the CO oxidation.
