Description
Summary:A technique has been developed for immobilization of the cytostatic drug doxorubicin on the surface of magnetite nanoparticles modified with biocompatible siloxane coating and fumed silica. The processes of adsorption/desorption of doxorubicin at given surfaces were studied, high adsorption activity of siloxane surface of nanocomposites was determined with respect to doxorubicin. New nanocomposites magnetite/siloxane/doxorubicin synthesized may be promising for use in oncology, in creating the remedies for targeted delivery of drugs and as adsorption materials for intracorporal and extracorporal detoxification of the organism.
