Резюме:The method of monodomain magnetite surface chemical modifying by the thiol groups has been developed and the characteristics of nanocolloid magnetic suspensions on the base of it have been researched. The presence of disulfide bonds and SH-groups on the modified surface has been proved due to physico-chemical methods (RPS and IR spectroscopy). The amount of functional SH-groups (19 μmole/m2) has been measured by the iodometric titration. By the dynamic light-scattering zeta-potential (-40.3mV) and average size (40.5 nm) of magnetic suspension particles have been measured.
