Zusammenfassung:The samples of silicas with covalently-immobilized aminodiphosphonic acid (SiO2–АDPA) have been characterized by the XPS and solid state 31P NMR spectroscopy. The samples were synthesized via Kabachnik-Fields reaction from aminopropyl silica gel, H3PO3 and formaldehyde, and have different concentrations (0.33–1.67 mmol/m2) of grafted groups and different yield (59–86%). It is demonstrated that chemical shift of the lines and number of resonance lines in the 31P NMR spectra of SiO2–АDPA depends on both the concentration of bonded groups and the yield. This difference was interpreted as a result of heterogeneity in the local environment of SiO2–АDPA surface.
