Zusammenfassung:Using sol-gel method poly(3-aminopropyl)siloxanes xerogels with different content of functional groups in the surface layer and flmctionalized 3-aminopropyl groups commercially available silica gel-type have been synthesized. The influence of the concentration of APTES in sol-gel system on porous structure characteristics of aminoxerogels has been studied. The influence of established parameters on sorption immobilization of urease and its enzymatic activity has been discussed.
