Summary:As a result of complex physico-chemical studies conducted by the Institute of Surface Chemistry of the NAS of Ukraine name A. A. Chuiko a enterosorbent Silics (high disperse silica) has benn developed and introduced into medicinal practice. At present article are being described for application of Silics as an individual medicinal preparation of sorbtive active and as active basis for a novel generation of nanocomposite drugs. The regularities of natural bioactive molecule adsorption onto surface silica are analysies. Depending on solvent polarity, adsorbate and adsorbtion complexes structure and mechanism of their formation are established. The mechanisms of bioactive molecules adsorption, chemosorption and thermal transformations on a silica surface are proposed. The kinetic sheme of chemical reactions of composite herbal medicines is represent.
