Summary:At present, in developed industrial countries the technology of nanodispersed materials manufacturing, particularly nanodispersed oxides, is rapidly developed. One of the perspective methods of their synthesis is based on the chloride pyrogenic technology. Its feature is a large amount of chloride compounds involved in manufacturing process complicating the fulfilment of the environmental safety regulations. In this work a set of novel solutions is considered aiming to elaborate the industrial energy-saving environmentally friendly pyrogenic technology of nanooxides. The heat, liberated during the technological process, is proposed to use for the stages of layerwise combustion of the initial components, counterflow purification, coagulation, particles modification and desorption of by-products from their surface, thus forming the closed cycle by chlorine. Complex approach includes elaboration of synthesis method and developing of novel construction of the burner, coagulator and desorber.
