Surface| Zusammenfassung: | Applications of the generalized peak shape model to extraction of the quantitative values from the mass spectra obtained by the methods of desorption mass spectrometry (MALDI and FAB) are presented by the examples of the accurate mass measurements and studying of the influence of ion source parameters on the peak shape. It has been also shown a correlation of some model parameters with physical processes in the ion sources of mass spectrometers. |
