Summary:Single–domain nanoparticles synthesized solid solutions (Fe1–xCox) Fe2O4. Study their crystal structure, surface morphology and magnetic properties of X–ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, and vibrating sample magnetometer. The dependence of the saturation magnetization and the coercive force of the ensembles of the cobalt nanoparticles. It is noted that the obtained materials can be used in micro– and optical electronics, electrical engineering, biomedical and other fields.
