Zusammenfassung:Using the method of spin probes it was carried out the characterization of the rheological properties (fluidity, viscosity) of the cell membranes for a number of biological tissues and organs, as well as albumin macromolecules in the interaction of with polyhydric alcohols and polyethylene oxides. It was shown the effect of molecular mass and concentration of poly-ethylene oxides on the membrane fluidity and the cytosol microviscosity for various cells (human erythrocytes, liposomes, skin epithelium and heart muscle of rats). It was also considered the reasons of the rheology changes occurring during the processes of dehydration of cells.
