Summary:The review of mathematical models of permeability of porous medias is presented in this paper. The analysis of experimental methods and different calculation formulas is done for determination of dielectric function of matrix-dispersible medias. For porous medias with maintenance of water comparing is conducted to the experimental results. It is shown because of complication of numeral realization of the most general theoretical models of dispersed systems and absences of universal algorithms and proper programs, most researchers which are engaged in the study of co-operation of electro-magnetic wave with various dispersed systems are forced to speak to the close methods of decision of tasks.
