Summary:Magnetic fluid based nanocomposites and water were prepared. The nanocomposites were the structure of the core- shell and contain a stabilizer on the surface of Fe3O4, the buffer layer and the drug - a cytostatic agent cisplatin . It is shown that the magnetization curves are in the form of breast characteristic superparamagnets and its calculation in the framework of the theory of paramagnetism Langevin in good agreement with the experimental data. According to the magnetic measurements determined with high confidence dimensions of the synthesized particle ensembles that are consistent with the experimental results of independent researchers. The resulting actual material will be useful in the practical use of magnetic nanocomposites and fluids in cancer therapy.
